• Optimistic or pessimist: Started as pessimist. She was so lonely and confused. Transitioned to optimist with the creation of intelligent life. Transitioned back to a pessimist after the intelligent lifeforms wiped themselves out for the 37^th time. A very recent event, however, has given her a new kind of hope.
• Any type of bad habits: She can occasionally be a little verbose
• How do they want to be seen by others: As a loving creator
• How do they see themself: As someone trying to do their best. They don’t have all the answers.
• How are they seen by others: It depends on the age and the approach she took with that group of lifeforms.
• Strongest character trait: Determined. She has failed at helping to nurture and sustain intelligent life so many times, but she keeps trying.
• Weakest character trait: Defensive. She doesn’t like being judged by others.
• Do they make snap judgements or take time to consider: Usually takes the time to consider. She fully understands the massive impacts that even small decisions can make.

Alarial is the goddess and narrator of this game. She is talking to someone, but the players won’t know who. She is essentially telling this person a story that has already happened. She has not been present in the world for over a thousand years but she is still heavily worshiped as the one and only god of the world.

• Optimistic or pessimist: Practical man who sees the world in almost nothing but grey (no strictly good or bad people in his opinion)

• How are they seen by others: As an honest person for good or bad.

• Do they make snap judgements or take time to consider: prefers to take time and consider but capable of making snap judgements

• Flaws: Assumes that no one is actually altruistic and willing to help others simply to be a good person

Kal has died many times over the course of this life. The goddess brings him back to life each time but he has no memory of this happening. Not only has she brought him back many times in this life, but she has been bringing his soul back for hundreds of years now. He has already lived many different lives across different continents, races, and social statuses. He has no idea. For now.

• How are they seen by others: good person. Very friendly.
• Strongest character trait: Wants to believe in others but has seen the worst of people
• Weakest character trait: She can be a little judgmental
• Do they make snap judgements or take time to consider: both but leans more towards snap judgements

Mina is a bit of a tragic story. She has such a great outlook on life but bad things continue to happen to her. She continues to fight over the course of the game to keep a positive outlook on life and people in general.

• How do they see themself: She doesn’t know what to think of herself
• How are they seen by others: Witty, sarcastic. Very beautiful
• Strongest character trait: She’s an enigma even to Kal
• Weakest character trait: Doesn’t let anyone get to know her. Kal knows more than anyone else but even he knows little about her past before her time with him.
• Do they make snap judgements or take time to consider: Almost always defers to Kal but on the few occasions she makes a decision they seem snap judgements or flights of fancy.
• What is their greatest fear: Worries if she is a good or bad person
• Flaws: Doesn’t care about the impact or influence she may have on those around her. For example, she doesn’t worry if her attire sets a bad example.
• Strengths: Very skilled magic caster. She can cast more types of spells than any other person Kal knows.

Tyranel is tired of being the one to make decisions. She is very powerful but feels that all her power has not amounted to making life better for those around her. She has decided to travel with Kal and let him make all the hard decisions. She is currently trying to “recharge her batteries” by avoiding responsibilities, but this also makes her feel guilty. She is proud of her body but dresses the way she does for herself.

Summary

Brannen is a hard man. He grew up on the streets and has been fighting his whole life. He is the leader of a group of mercenaries who are willing to do the dirty work others might not have the stomach for. He is intelligent and an extremely skilled fighter. He cares very deeply for his companions and feels he is responsible for their safety. He is slow to anger, but everyone knows to get out of his way if you manage to provoke him.

Summary

Dagger Man is the spokesman and negotiator for the mercenary group that Brannen leads. He is very charming and well-spoken while still having a loud, outgoing personality. He enjoys throwing people off balance with the assumptions they tend to make about him. He truly does not prefer to fight but is more than capable of defending himself with his two trusty daggers.
